Ariel truly enjoys helping people find what they’re looking for. They understand that big moves are better with reliable support, and they want all their clients to feel at ease and secure throughout their transitions. Whether it’s selling or buying, Ariel takes the time to understand your goals and carefully map out options that lead to success.
In 2021, they assisted their Obachan, Emiko, a Japanese immigrant and first-time homebuyer, in purchasing her forever home in Pinole, CA. Threading the needle during a booming seller’s market, they were able to secure a home that provided end-of-life care and future stability for them and their partner. That is when they knew they wanted to become a REALTOR® and help other people succeed in the journey of homeownership.
Passionate about intergenerational living, Indigenous land back, and collective housing opportunities, Ariel hopes to bring impactful services to their clients that last longer than our lifetimes. It is a privilege to work in the world of real estate, and they hope to bring a mindfulness that leaves clients feeling empowered through their purchases.
Ariel was born in San Francisco and raised in Berkeley. Having received a Bachelor’s Degree in Film and Digital Media with a minor in Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Ariel is extremely detail-oriented and knows that each home tells a special story. In their own time, they enjoy cooking for friends, fixing up their house, wearing a Hot Dog suit in Ballhalla, and calling Bingo games for the community.
